Multi-scale modeling


Inference of cellular signaling networks (data mining, artificial intelligence)

We study the constituent molecular actors of cell signaling systems induced by G protein-coupled receptors (in particular receptors involved in reproduction and social interactions), as well as their representation in the form of interaction networks, and their spatial dynamics. and temporal after ligand-receptor interaction.

Modeling cell population dynamics

We develop deterministic and stochastic modeling approaches to represent molecular or cellular population dynamics.

We are particularly interested in ovarian folliculogenesis by modeling interactions at the cellular and tissue scales to predict the behavior of this system.

We are also interested in the theoretical properties of coagulation-fragmentation models to represent phase transition properties.
