The team seeks to improve reproductive performance through innovative approaches by integrating the valorisation of molecules from the plant world into food. These molecules are a source still little studied, they allow for some of them to modulate the adipose tissue and gonad signals. This vision, which is part of an "agro-ecological" approach, is developed in collaboration with the sector companies. We mainly study two windows of exposure: the perinatal period that can have an impact in adulthood and the period associated with puberty.
