Studies of energy-sensitive proteins are performed by complementary approaches such as
1 / the use of high-throughput analysis under various physiological conditions (high / low energy regime)

2/ the use of gene-candidate approach by specific in vitro knockdown in cell models or in vivo using transgenic mouse models.

The data obtained are integrated into mathematical modeling strategies to predict the functioning of the gonad under different conditions (concentration of adipocytokines, energy levels, ...). This approach is done in collaboration with the BIOS team.
