- To study the different signaling pathways, we stimulate or inhibit them using Cre / lox, Crispr / Cas9, shRNA or pharmacological inhibitors on cultures of lines (granulosa, Sertoli, germinal cells). .), primary cell cultures (germ cells, ovarian cells, testicular cells, embryonic cells), as well as dynamic cultures with a circulating medium
