Research

I'm interested by the factors regulating reproductive function in mammals. During my MSc, I studied the impact of the lipidic metbolism on the oocyte maturation in bovines through molecular approaches (RT-qPCR, Western Blot). More recently, during my Phd, I studied the impact of the precocial exposition to sexually active males on the pubertal transition in goats. To this end, I used zootechnical, physiological, endocrine and neuroanatomical approaches.
