MRI exploration and image analysis. During my stay in the group, I developped a number of tools to explore the sheep brain through MRI: brain templates, tissue probability maps, stereotaxic atlas in MRI, neuroanatomical, functionnal or DTI sequences... I also developped morphometric approaches during the reproductive cycle in both mice and sheep. ANR MALE-EFECT & PHEROMALE projects; Centre/Val-de-Loire Regional council project IMACERVOREPRO. These tools are now used by various international partners (University of Utah, USA; Edinburgh University, UK; Lincoln University, NZ...).
