C-arm

The C-arm allows to visualise online the vascularisation.

Detection system for obtaining a dynamic (fluoroscopy or radioscopy) or static (fluorography or digital radiography) image.
It consists of a primary screen converting X-photons into luminous photons, coupled to a photocathode, converting luminous photons into electrons. The acceleration of these electrons allows an amplification of the signal, which will be transformed point by point into luminous information on a secondary screen.
The image obtained is directed projected onto a viewing monitor (radioscopy or fluoroscopy).
