Disability policy

Offering the same opportunity to all is the objective that INRAE has set itself for nearly thirty years.
The Institute's policy of inclusion in favor of the employment of people with disabilities was reinforced by the 2005 law for equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of people with disabilities.
It has made it possible to develop successive action plans with solutions adapted to each situation. To this end, many actors, including the center's disability correspondents, are involved in facilitating the daily exercise of the missions and activities of INRAE's employees with disabilities. Our objective is to enable them to express their skills and competencies in the best possible conditions in the service of our objective of scientific excellence. This openness and the mobilization of numerous actors within the Institute allow us to develop a dynamic, diverse and supportive group.
